ITRA Global Atlanta – Corporate Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to their commercial real estate team. ITRA Global Atlanta – Corporate Real Estate Advisors is led by founder Stuart Holcombe, Peter Webster-Principal and Managing Broker, and Scott Ward-Principal and Associate Broker. Together, they have over 80 years of representing tenants and buyers in the Atlanta area.

Dave Richards, Director, has 20+ years of commercial real estate experience in the metro Atlanta area and will be focusing on tenants and buyers for office, industrial, and retail spaces. Dave spent the first part of his career with FedEx Corporation in sales and management, where he built out their entire metro Atlanta drive-through network and negotiated deals with some of Atlanta’s largest commercial real estate companies. His experience in corporate real estate and logistics will be a great asset to our team and will provide a unique perspective to our clients.

Jennifer Spivey, Associate Broker, is a LEED AP who brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the team. Specializing in small to medium-sized growing businesses, she works with clients that include high-end retail, law, manufacturing, creative, restaurant, medical, and the energy sector. She was previously an instructor for EcoBroker, worked with the State of Georgia Land Conservation Program, where she facilitated complex real estate transactions, and has extensive experience with zoning, permitting, and environmental ordinances, where she worked with commercial land development.  

Larry Culbertson, Associate Broker, will be providing overall expertise and focusing on an advisory role within the team. Most recently, Larry was responsible for the development of the commercial real estate business and building a strong commercial division at HomeSmart International’s new commercial division.
