Everest Infrastructure Partners is a privately owned operator of communications infrastructure, including cell towers, rooftop antennas, tower ground leases and indoor wireless systems. It provides infrastructure solutions in more than 4,000 locations to national and regional mobile operators, government and public safety entities, utilities, broadband providers and enterprise customers. When Everest Infrastructure Partners needed to double the size of its Pittsburgh headquarters and was seeking an upgraded corporate image, leadership turned to Carrie for help, and did so again multiple times as the firm continued its global expansion and capital raise to most recently include an additional $500,000,000.

Initially and with multiple expansions. Carrie completed a needs analysis study, prepared a program to identify the line items and total square footage required, assessed lease and purchase options, toured spaces, had test fit plans prepared, construction budgeted, and strategically leveraged the competitive market in order to negotiate strategic leases that support Everest Infrastructure Partners’ continued success.
