Bill Aldridge, CEO, Director of Portfolio Accounts:

Bill Aldridge has two decades of corporate and commercial real estate experience.  As a tenant advisor and portfolio account manager, Bill has worked with companies ranging in size from start-up to multinational, publicly traded corporations.  Clients appreciate Bill’s creativity and unique problem-solving abilities in structuring deals that are fair and beneficial to all parties involved.  He blends his adept conflict resolution style with his vast knowledge and industry experience to effectively shepherd clients though the entire transaction continuum.   An avid college football fan, Bill enjoys “quarterbacking” teams of advisors with varying skill sets that will best work together to effectively service a particular portfolio account.

Throughout his career Bill has held positions within the commercial real estate field that encompass the full range of disciplines involved in the industry.  Drawing from his background in research & consulting, real estate information, site selection, lease negotiation, financial analysis, lease administration, investments and portfolio management, Bill is able to paint a big picture view for his clients of all the variables at work affecting a particular transaction.

To date, Bill has completed over 600 transactions on behalf of commercial and corporate clients across North America.  He’s been active in almost every U.S. state and four continents.  His work has helped start-ups grow to maturity and 1,500 plus location corporate users streamline their real estate operations.  Bill likes being the “difference maker” that allows client companies to achieve their objectives, whatever they may be.  Bill and his wife, both graduates of Baylor University, reside in Austin and enjoy volunteering and taking advantage of all the city has to offer with their new daughter.
