ITRA Global members meet once a year for an in-person conference to network, share best practices, and hear from expert speakers on timely topics relevant to the ever-changing landscape of commercial real estate. Personal and professional connections are critical to the success of our organization, and the 2024 conference was one of the best ones yet! 

David George, CEO of CRUX Workplace, shared the 3 Steps to Achieve Workplace Optimization & Change with us. He understands that bringing people back to the office is not a one-size-fits-all approach and provides purposeful, right-sized, and evidence-based designs that allow organizations to discover and embrace new and inspirational ways to work. 

Jeffrey Kreshek, Western Region President of Federal Realty Investment Trust, shared the amazing success story of Santana Row in San Jose, California. Santa Row is a dynamic master-planned development with over 2.4 million square feet of retail, office, hotel, and residential spaces. 

Member roundtable discussions are the highlight each year. This allows our members to share best practices and discuss business successes/challenges in a small group setting. It wasn't all business: we ended each day with fantastic meals at the best restaurants and had some time for a personal tour of the historic Santa Monica Pier.
