The founder and President of G.E. Grace, George E. Grace, CRE (pictured at right) graduated from Cooper Union in New York City with a degree in civil engineering. He also earned a law degree from Fordham University and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
However, his 30 plus years of experience has taught George that finding real estate solutions for companies is the result of understanding a client’s goals, insights into the real estate market, and rigorous analyses. He and his firm have applied these tenets in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and retail spaces. Currently, he is applying these skills in areas including site selection for senior housing and low-income housing developers and for an environmentally friendly, alternative energy generation company, all in the New York tri-state area.
