Charles Tatham is the founder and principal of Tatham Property Solutions and has over 25 years of experience in real estate, including a broad variety of tenant-related issues in major sectors that include retail, office, and industrial. He specializes in tenant representation in a market where this service is a novelty.
Charles Tatham established Tatham Property Solutions in 2004 to meet the need expressed by corporate tenants for impartial analysis and independent support of their interests. He has been active throughout France and in other continental European countries advising clients on cost reduction issues by re-sizing portfolios, renegotiating lease contracts, and disposing of surplus holdings.
Charles is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and hold a Carte de Transaction license covering all of France. He is a past ITRA Board Member and currently serves as a member of the Global Locations Committee.
