Sushma Malhotra founded S5 Advisory Inc. in 2012 after a decade of working in brokerage with an exclusive focus on tenant representation. Prior to her work in brokerage, Sushma worked for a Fortune 500 corporation for over 20 years managing their real estate worldwide, including their manufacturing facilities, labs, and operations. Since she comes from the end user side herself, Sushma has a unique perspective, with a deep understanding of the tenant’s point of view, which allows her to lead her clients in making prudent real estate decisions.
