Nick McCalmont-Woods, MRICS, SIOR – Founder and Principal – is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience in London. Prior to founding McCalmont-Woods as a specialist occupier advisory firm, Nick worked at Jones Lang Wootton/JLL (Partner) and GVA Grimley (Equity Partner) in the City of London. Notable achievements include conceiving and securing the first office pre-let in the City of London agreed “off-plan” for J.P. Morgan Cazenove.
