Mark Twentyman established Kingsbridge Realty Advisors in 2004 and has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked with a wide variety of businesses, from start up operations to major corporations and has extensive real estate experience, including investment, development, management, and tenant representation. This broad experience allows him to bring a unique perspective and understanding, in supporting his clients to achieve their goals.
Prior to setting up Kingsbridge Realty Advisors, Mark was a Principal in another national tenant representation firm. Between 1987 and 1994 he was working in London for Hillier Parker, one of the UK’s largest real estate firms, where after two years he completed his professional training to become a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the UK’s leading real estate organization.
Mark became a part of ITRA Global in 2011 and began his service as a board member in 2017. Before becoming a member of the Board of Directors, he served as Regional Chairman of the Global Locations Committee, and was elected chairman in 2018.
