Wayne Teig is the President of ITRA Global’s Minneapolis–St. Paul office and brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Wayne provides corporate real estate advisory services to businesses that lease space, own property, or want to acquire or sell property. He provides corporate real estate advisory services across numerous product types, having clients in office, industrial, medical office, and specialized industries. Throughout his career, he has represented a diverse range of corporate, government, and institutional clients, specializing in negotiating leases, purchases, and sales transactions. Wayne’s comprehensive understanding of landlord operations and lease valuations enables him to advocate effectively for tenants, ensuring favorable outcomes in various real estate dealings.
In addition to his professional achievements, Wayne has demonstrated significant leadership within the industry. He has served on the ITRA Global Board of Directors from 2018-2024, including terms as Chairman in 2020 and 2021 and Treasurer from 2022-2024. His contributions were recognized with the prestigious Ronald R. Pollina PhD Leadership Award in 2022, honoring his outstanding leadership and mentorship.
