Stagman Commercial Real Estate Advisors

Jason Stagman has been working in the South Florida real estate market since 1993. Jason graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree.

Following graduation, he moved to South Florida and obtained his real estate license. Soon thereafter, he joined the real estate firm Coldwell Banker where he quickly rose through the ranks and became one of the top producing agents in the region.

In 2001, Jason accepted a position with Savitar Properties to handle the leasing of 750,000 SF of commercial space where he represented the interests of several landlords; however, he soon concluded that he should return to exclusively representing tenants. This experience of representing landlords gave Jason an ability to appreciate the landlord’s perspective and use this understanding to negotiate even more effectively in the tenant’s behalf.

In 2002, Jason formed Stagman Commercial Real Estate Advisors to exclusively represent tenants and buyers of office and industrial space. In 2006, the company joined the International Tenant Representative Alliance (ITRA), now known as ITRA Global.
