From March 10–12, 2026, ITRA Global members from around the world came together at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the organization’s highly anticipated Global Conference. This annual gathering once again delivered a powerful blend of business development, industry insight, and meaningful relationship-building—core elements that continue to define the strength of the ITRA Global network.
The true value of these conferences lies in the conversations—sharing ideas, comparing markets, and learning from one another, so this year we embraced a more intentional and streamlined format. By focusing on a single guest speaker and dedicating additional time dedicated to connecting, exchanging insights, and learning directly from each other, the agenda created space for deeper conversations, more candid knowledge-sharing, and stronger connections among members. The result was a highly collaborative environment where insights were not only presented, but actively exchanged.
A highlight of the program was the member panel discussion, which offered thoughtful, real-world perspectives on business development strategies across diverse markets. Panelists Jason Stagman (ITRA Global Ft. Lauderdale/Boca Raton/West Palm Beach), Martyna Balcer (ITRA Global – Poland), and Chelsea Drinkard (ITRA Global Tampa Bay) shared practical experiences and forward-looking approaches they use in their own businesses.
The conference featured keynote speaker Jonathan Woloshin, Real Estate & Lodging Analyst Americas with UBS Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office. His presentation provided a timely and insightful analysis of the current economic and political landscape, and its implications for business operations and corporate expansion.
Members also participated in small-group roundtable discussions centered on timely topics in commercial real estate. These conversations encourage the exchange of ideas, success stories, and market perspectives—highlighting the collaborative advantage that defines the organization.
An important part of the conference experience is taking time to explore and better understand the host city. This year the City of Las Vegas Economic & Urban Development gave us a behind-the-scenes look at one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods—the 18B Arts District¾ now recognized as a leading example of successful urban revitalization.
A sincere thank you to every member who joined us in Las Vegas. Your ongoing commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-first representation is what makes ITRA Global such a powerful and trusted network.
