A pioneer in tenant representation, Carrie founded Carrie S. Holstead Real Estate Consultants, Inc. in 1989, establishing the first woman-owned tenant representation firm in Pittsburgh. Carrie celebrates a career defined by leadership, innovation, and lasting impact across the commercial real estate industry.
Within ITRA Global, Carrie’s contributions have been significant. Since joining the organization in 2004, she has served in every major board leadership role, including Treasurer, Secretary, Vice Chairman, Chairman, and Chairman Emeritus. Her commitment to collaboration and global growth helped shape ITRA Global into one of the industry’s most respected tenant representation networks. Carrie has previously received some of ITRA Global’s highest honors, including the Exemplary Service Award and the Diamond Leadership Award.
