• Springboard Corporate Real Estate Solutions ITRA Global l Austin-Portfolio Solutions based in Austin, Texas represents corporate tenants across the globe that have multiple locations in office or retail product types.  Springboard founder and CEO Bill Aldridge has two decades of corporate and commercial real estate experience.  As a tenant advisor and portfolio account manager, Bill has worked with companies ranging in size from start-ups to multinational, publicly traded corporations in the U.S. and three other continents.   Bill’s work has helped start-ups grow to maturity and 1,500 plus location corporate users streamline their real estate operations. 

• PickensRidnour ITRA Global l Dallas is the most recent firm to join ITRA Global.  Pickens Ridnour is led by company cofounders and principals Sheryl Pickens and Brenda Ridnour.  Their organization is built on an entrepreneurial culture of hands-on participation, attention to detail, commitment, sincerity and reliability.  They work with a variety of business types ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
