Michael Coretz has over 22 years of real estate experience and specializes in corporate tenant representation. Most tenants, when negotiating a lease agreement, are not aware of the vast array of money-saving tips offered by Michael in his book. Michael's primary objective is to provide information that will enhance the knowledge of those not fully conversant in leasing.
