The Levy Group

From founding The Levy Group in 1993 to joining ITRA Global in November 2002 and the register of members of the Ethical Property Foundation in August 2012, Martin Levy has built a world-class firm with clients ranging from privately owned, entrepreneurial run businesses to charities, NGO’s and trade associations and from global enterprises to Fortune 500 companies.

Martin is an astute, intuitive and ‘tenant-centric’ advisor to a host of Asian Pacific, US and Canadian ventures looking to relocate to new space, restructure an existing lease or expand within their current location in London and major regional centres throughout the UK.

He not only understands the financial and legal intricacies of complex real estate transactions but also the emotional nature of each and every deal. A quintessentially ‘born and bred’ Londoner with an unparalleled work ethic, Martin is a market savvy, communicative businessman, completely committed to effective, transparent relationships.

From 2012 to 2014 Martin served on the board of directors of ITRA Global (the first European to do so) and is currently chairman of the marketing committee. He brings an international perspective to the organization as it continues to increase its presence throughout Europe, Asia and Australia.
