Aaron Graben

With over 25 Years of experience, Aaron Graben is a licensed real estate broker, Founder and President of Titan York Realty Corporation, Brokerage. Aaron’s extensive experience and his ability to identify creative real estate solutions make him a strong resource and advocate for his clients. Aaron has transacted across the GTA and in differing real estate classification giving him a larger perspective when executing his services.

Anthony Clifford

Anthony Clifford has been a part of the Titan York team for 16 years. During this time he has represented a diverse group of commercial tenants. Described as approachable and creative he has used his skill set to derive successful results for his clients while maintaining long term relationships primarily in the office and industrial sectors.

Anthony have been in a leadership position since 2012 and has helped build the brokerage and the team since this point. His attention to detail has aided in the day-to-day operations and overall growth of the Brokerage. He is never satisfied with sitting idle and is always looking for ways to improve the performance and the efficiency of the Brokerage and its employees.

Kaleem Rehman

Kaleem Rehman has worked for Titan York for over 12 years. Kaleem’s duties are to provide support through market surveys, executive summaries, market research and analysis, and financial modeling. Kaleem’s organizational ability and time management of tasks makes him a powerful asset to Titan York’s clients.

Kaleem has also been a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative for 6 years. Through his market knowledge, Kaleem has successfully represented clients in Retail, Industrial and Office sectors throughout the Ontario market.
