Stuart has more than 29 years experience in corporate property advice, valuations and rent review in both European and Australasian markets. He is one of Australia’s leading corporate property strategists, and his global corporate property knowledge and business acumen has seen him manage a large portfolio of international clients. Previous roles include GVA Grimley in Glasgow, Sydney and Melbourne, and national leadership of the Transaction Management Team, Global Corporate Services Division for CBRE. 

Stuart founded ResolveXO in 2013 and maintains a thorough understanding of contemporary lease structures and tenancy requirements, and provides independent, trusted advice across all related corporate property issues including valuations, negotiations, property tax, acquisitions and disposals, and market trends across corporate, industrial and government sectors. He manages significant property portfolios for a variety of blue chip clients across commercial and industrial markets and has a strong following among the leading corporates in Australia and abroad. Stuart is also a Registered Valuer and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
