IFMA’s Corporate Facilities Council Turns to Carrie Holstead to Educate Global Members on Operating & Tax Expenses

April 03, 2017

Carrie Holstead, Chairman Emeritus of ITRA Global and Founder, President and CEO of Carrie S. Holstead Real Estate Consultants, Inc./ ITRA Global will lead a global webinar hosted by IFMA’s Corporate Facilities Council on April 5 at noon EDT.  IFMA is an acronym for International Facility Management Association. Attendees will learn how to protect their company against overpaying operating and tax expense reconciliation invoices, including what to scrutinize, how to resolve mistakes, and when their company is most vulnerable.

“This is a very timely topic given that tenants typically receive their operating and tax expense reconciliation invoice at about this time of year. I will reveal where there can be mistakes and why a cursory review of this invoice would have cost companies $35,000,000. “

The Corporate Facilities Council is the largest of IFMA’s 16 councils and has become a destination of choice for members who are looking to network with others who provide facility management and other services for office settings, particularly headquarters and large campuses.  Members hold a wide variety of positions in facilities management, are from 46 countries, and are actively engaged in supporting each other and the profession.
