In an awards ceremony at the ITRA Global conference in Santa Monica, California, Charles Tatham, SIOR, MRICS was presented with the esteemed Exemplary Service Award for his professional excellence and enduring commitment to ITRA Global. Charlie has served on the Board of Directors, the Global Locations Committee, and most recently played a significant role in the ATR merger. His dedication to ITRA’s strategic vision is extraordinary.

Charles is the Founder and Principal of Tatham Property Solutions and has been ITRA Global’s Paris member since 2010. He established Tatham Property Solutions in 2004 to meet the needs expressed by corporate tenants for impartial analysis and independent support of their interests. He has been active throughout France and in other continental European countries advising clients on cost reduction issues by re-sizing portfolios, renegotiating lease contracts, and disposing of surplus holdings.
