Sheryl’s career focus for the past 38 years has been in commercial real estate as an independent broker/entrepreneurial executive in leasing, sales, marketing, and new business development, representing various private, investment and institutional third-party ownerships of major high-rise office buildings, as well as third party tenant representation. Sheryl’s creative and motivational management style results in successfully identifying opportunities through unique sales and marketing strategies. Sheryl is or has served in leadership positions in various corporate and community organizations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington, TX Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Brenda’s past 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, having owned her own company since 1996 has focused on providing the highest level of personalized service which provides results-driven strategies that ensure success for her clients. She transitioned out of Cushman & Wakefield where, as Director of Portfolio Solutions of the Central Region, she provided business development, leveraging resources and creative solutions with a client-first commitment. She currently provides tenant advisory, acquisition and disposition brokerage, strategic portfolio management and asset management consulting. Brenda is actively involved in several corporate and community organizations – with a “pay it forward” dedication to help others achieve their goals and dreams.
