Ms. Anderson founded Sloan Street Advisors / ITRA Global in 2000, following 20 years as an executive with commercial real estate organizations, where she led teams in winning such awards as “Top National Leasing Team” and in achieving 95% portfolio occupancy during a significant market downturn. Her company provides transactional representation, brokerage and consulting services for corporate users of office and industrial properties in the District of Columbia and its suburbs, in addition to representing clients on an international basis. Ms. Anderson is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate (SIOR) and has earned the SIOR designation, based on transactional volume, for which only a small percentage of professionals have qualified. She is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute, where she earned the CCIM designation, denoting a graduate level education in commercial real estate investment. Ms. Anderson has been recognized several times by the Washington Business Journal and the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal in their “Largest Office Lease” transaction categories.
Ms. Anderson has served for several years on the Board of Directors of ITRA Global, including two historic terms as the first woman Chairman, where she led the organization through significant global expansion and rollout of new initiatives.
