Atlanta, Georgia USA - ITRA Global proudly announces the continued growth of the organization!  The newest member of ITRA Global is Tenant CS, an exclusive tenant rep firm with offices in Sydney, Australia and Singapore.  ITRA Global, formerly International Tenant Representative Alliance, is one of the largest organizations dedicated to representing tenants and occupiers of commercial real estate.

Having previously also added Brisbane and Perth, we will now have coverage in three of the key Australian cities, and with their office in Singapore, we’ll have a presence in this very important market in Southeast Asia.” 

Tim Green, Managing Director of Tenant CS, is a veteran of the real estate industry, having started in 1988, then moving into tenant advisory in 2012 with a joint venture with AOS Studley in Australia. Tim purchased 100% of the company and changed its name to Tenant CS in 2014.  The next step was to expand in the fast growing Asia Pacific region and to this end Tim opened an office in Singapore in a joint venture with local real estate veterans Ashley Wee and Wallace Yeo.

“Being an ASIA PACIFIC specialist allows us to carry out multiple cross border projects within the fastest growing region of the world. By joining ITRA, Tenant CS will provide a conduit into this region for clients of the respective members’ offices,” commented Tim Green.
